monday morning regrets:

I have some apologies to make to mat and other friends who have tried to push mercury rev's deserter's songs on me for years. I never gave it a chance and wrote it off as "not me". well yesterday I finally gave it a listen as I was driving around looking for a good sunset spot. I don't know why the disc was inside my cd holder, I didn't put it there. my roomate didn't put it there. yet there it was and I put it in and was immmediately taken by its beauty. the whole album. beautiful , sweet, innocent, grand.

i should listen to my friends more often.
